CAF believes that involvement in sports at any level increases self-esteem, encourages independence and enhances quality of life.
The Jasmine D. Daniels Foundation was started by Dana and Joseph Daniels who lost their 22 year old daughter Jasmine on November 8th, 2013 to a very short battle with autoimmune encephalitis. Unable to reach a diagnosis for over a month, they realized the need for early diagnosis, research, symptom recognition and a CURE. The foundation was created to raise money for research for autoimmune encephalitis; financial assistance for families that are in need due to circumstances dealing with an autoimmune disease and scholarship.
